We love to hike, and this painting captures many of the elements that make it so interesting including a bright distant light looking down a path that almost looks like a tunnel, the varying lights and shadows in the background forest, a path that leads somewhere I've never been and of course the fabulous and varied textures of trees and rocks including some of New England's 250,000 miles of stonewalls.

It's acrylic on a canvas panel, set in a simple black wood frame with a white border, coated with satin varnish. It's ready to hang and I ship free in the continental USA.
